Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or operations, ideally from management consulting or a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to build financial models, forecasts, and business cases from scratch.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales forecasts by customer, species, and channel.
• Own arrival forecasting and variance analysis, collaborating with procurement.
• Support insource/outsource analysis and CAPEX decision-making.
• Design and maintain dashboards for on-time delivery tracking.
• Create dynamic reporting tools for sales and ops teams.
