Job summary

B3H Corporation in Fort Walton Beach, FL seeks a qualified Strategy/Combat Plans Functional Scenario Developer to provide project management and subject matter expertise for the AOC C2WSPTT Training Support Program. Responsibilities include developing training scenarios, integrating FMV for RPA ops, and maintaining TBMCS and C2WSPTT suites at the 505th CS/Wing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of two (2) years AOC specific experience in Strategy Guidance/Strategy Plans/MAAP/Targeting Effects/C2 Plans.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with IBM PC hardware, Windows XP operating system, TBMCS, MAAP Toolkit, TAP, FALCON VIEW, JTT, Microsoft Project and C2WSPTT software.
• Experience with C2WSPTT training support is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C2WSPTT software file and programming products reflecting Combatant Commander’s Guidance, Combined/Joint Forces Air Component Commander’s Guidance, JIPTL and Rules of Engagement for Supplemental ROE and Intelligence Target Folders (daily).
• Develop training scenario documents in support of AOC MQT/CT related to Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) including: Commander’s Guidance, AADP, and ROE.
• Review UI, TTPs, and Joint Doctrine Publications to ensure training software updates comply with current Joint and Air Force Doctrine (weekly).
• Develop C2WSPTT databases and applicable software files to stimulate daily ABP/ATO/ACO production (daily).
• Coordinate with AOC training managers to tailor MQT/CT products to training requirements and provide on-site scenario execution support.
• Assist in developing and delivering AODs, Air Tasking Orders, and other software file/update products to support the teams in a typical AOC Current Operations Division daily.
