Job summary

B3H Corporation seeks an experienced Air Mobility Division Scenario Developer to provide project management and subject matter expertise for the AOC C2WSPTT Training Support Program at multiple AMOS locations. Responsibilities include developing scenario documents and training materials, and ensuring alignment with USAF doctrine and Joint Doctrine.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree and 10+ years of military ops/training experience, plus hands-on TBMCS, GDSS, and CAMPS exposure.

Qualifications

Associate degree required with military ops/training background.
At least 2 years of AOC AMD experience or equivalent with exercise planning/execution exposure.
Experience with TBMCS, GDSS, CAMPS, and Windows XP-based hardware expected.

Responsibilities

Develop training scenario documents for MQT and CT programs for the Air Mobility Division.
Produce AMD-specific instruction materials for MQT/CT scenarios.
Coordinate with unit training managers to tailor products to requirements.
Provide on-site support for scenario execution at AMOS locations.
Review USAF UI, TTPs and Joint Doctrine weekly to align training software with doctrine.
Review Joint Doctrine weekly to ensure updates support training products.
Create and maintain daily C2WSPTT databases to simulate ABP/ATO/ACO
Develop and deliver Air Operations Directives and other operational software updates.
Use TBMCS TAP, EMR, ESTAT and FSTAT to plan and maintain AMD training missions.
Support AMD mission types with C2WSPTT training libraries.
