Job summary

B3H Corporation seeks a qualified Targeting Scenario Developer to support the Air Operations Center (AOC) C2WSPTT Training Support Program. You will provide project management and subject-matter expertise to create customer-specific training and integrate FMV with TBMCS/C2WSPTT suites at the 505th Communications Squadron.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 10 years of military operational and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and modify C2WSPTT targeting-related files and training stimuli for daily decision briefs and ATO development.
• Assist in developing intelligence inputs and target materials for targeting databases.
• Assist in maintaining master training scenario library programs and files.
• Build C2WSPTT re-strike recommendations and associated reporting, daily.
• Provide on-site C2WSPTT support during scenario execution.
