Job summary

BCore’s Mission Services division seeks a Collective Training SME to support the Department of War’s MIRC ARISS contract at Fort Belvoir. You will provide expert collective training support across multiple intelligence disciplines to ensure readiness and alignment with Army doctrine.

You will develop exercise plans, scenarios, evaluation criteria, and after-action reviews, coordinating with GFCs, Army Reserve units, and stakeholders to enable effective training delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years supporting military intelligence training, readiness, or operations.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises within military organizations.
• Familiarity with Army training doctrine, management processes, and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training exercises across multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and objectives that support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure realistic training delivery.
• Facilitate integration of GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source, and CI into training events.
• Manage resources including facilities, equipment, and services.
• Oversee logistics for training events, including transportation and lodging.
• Create evaluation criteria and after-action review processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to improve future training.
