Job summary

CSA is seeking a Collective Training Branch Lead/Intel Trainer to support Fort Polk, LA. The role requires SME expertise in the Intel Warfighting Function and experience with DCGS-A, AIDP, and Maven MSS to design and deliver training events.

Preferred candidates will have 7–10 years of military staff intelligence experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and a background in staff training, doctrine, and mission command training. This position offers challenging work with federal clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Collective Training Branch and integrate DCGS-A/AIDP/MSS into events.
• Develop exercise control plans for simulation-supported training.
• Plan and coordinate training using TC 7-101 and JELC.
• Generate enemy forces and OPORD-related products for CPX events.
• Mentor staff, gathers observations for AARs, maintain TTP repository.

Description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Collective Training Branch Lead/Intel Trainer professional to support a program in Fort Polk, Louisiana. A subject matter expert on the Intel Warfighting Function (IWfF). Preferably the skill set of a 35F MOS (Intelligence Analyst) with experience and formal army training on DCGS-A and or AIDP and Maven Smart System (MSS). 35F or 35A Capable of receiving a TS (SCI) Clearance.

How Role will make an impact (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Supervises the Collective Training Branch.
• Dual hatted as the Intelligence WfF SME and integrates DCGS-A, AIDP, and MSS into training events.
• Develops the Exercise Control plan for simulation supported events.
• Utilizes TC 7-101 Exercise Design and JELC to plan, coordinate training events.
• Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements, and Information Technology (IT) disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army Mission Command Training (MCT).
• Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to a specific skill set.
• Remains current with doctrinal, operational, and tactical training methodology as well as technological developments and trends. Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at squad to corps echelons.
• Stays current with OPFOR Threat Tactics and DATE IAC with doctrine, TRADOC.
• Responsible to build enemy forces task organization in JLCCTC, and DXTRS for STIM/SIM supported exercises.
• Responsible to develop enemy situation, SITEMP, Annex B, and all Situation and Enemy related OPORD documents and products associated with Division and below level command post exercises (CPXs).
• Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that meets their training objectives.
• Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
• Serves in a mentorship or observer/trainer role when requested.
• Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit AARs.
• Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) experience preferred.

Requirements

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS when required.
• Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial. Graduate of the Army CGSC or ILE or equivalent level military schooling.
• Minimum of 7-10 years military staff experience demonstrated intelligence war fighting functional experience.
• Successfully served as a Brigade S2, Division or Corps G2 or Analysis and Control Element (ACE) Chief; TS Clearance Experience in compartmented programs in DoD U.S. Intelligence Community or supporting U.S. Contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-source analysis from either regional or functional background/training to current and operational intelligence mission to include database manipulation.
