Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) seeks a Collective Training Branch Lead/Intel Trainer to support a program in Fort Polk, LA. The role requires subject matter expertise in the Intel Warfighting Function and hands-on experience with DCGS-A, AIDP, and Maven MSS to design and execute training events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; CGSC/ILE or equivalent military schooling.
• Secret clearance with potential TS; able to obtain TS.
• 7–10 years of senior military intelligence staff experience.
• Experience as Brigade S2, Division/Corps G2, or ACE Chief; DoD IC experience.
• Extensive multi-source analysis and DoD intelligence exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Collective Training Branch.
• Integrates DCGS-A, AIDP, and MSS into training events.
• Develops the Exercise Control plan for simulation supported events.
• Plans using TC 7-101 and JELC for training events.
• Develops training solutions aligned to Army Mission Command Training.
• Maintains current doctrine, operations, and training methods.
• Builds enemy forces task organization in JLCCTC and DXTRS.
• Develops enemy situation, SITEMP, Annex B and OPORDs for CPXs.
• Mentors or observer/trainers as requested.
• Gathers observations for unit AARs.
• Maintains repository of TTPs.
• AIDP experience preferred.

A subject matter expert on the Intel Warfighting Function (IWfF). How Role Will Make An Impact (Duties And Responsibilities)

• Supervises the Collective Training Branch.
• Dual hatted as the Intelligence WfF SME and integrates DCGS-A, AIDP, and MSS into training events.
• Develops the Exercise Control plan for simulation supported events.
• Utilizes TC 7-101 Exercise Design and JELC to plan, coordinate training events.
• Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements, and Information Technology (IT) disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army Mission Command Training (MCT).
• Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to a specific skill set.
• Remains current with doctrinal, operational, and tactical training methodology as well as technological developments and trends. Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at squad to corps echelons.
• Stays current with OPFOR Threat Tactics and DATE IAC with doctrine, TRADOC.
• Responsible to build enemy forces task organization in JLCCTC, and DXTRS for STIM/SIM supported exercises.
• Responsible to develop enemy situation, SITEMP, Annex B, and all Situation and Enemy related OPORD documents and products associated with Division and below level command post exercises (CPXs).
• Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that meets their training objectives.
• Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
• Serves in a mentorship or observer/trainer role when requested.
• Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit AARs.
• Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) experience preferred.

Requirements

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS when required.
• Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial. Graduate of the Army CGSC or ILE or equivalent level military schooling.
• Minimum of 7-10 years military staff experience demonstrated intelligence war fighting functional experience.
• Successfully served as a Brigade S2, Division or Corps G2 or Analysis and Control Element (ACE) Chief; TS Clearance Experience in compartmented programs in DoD U.S. Intelligence Community or supporting U.S. Contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-source analysis from either regional or functional background/training to current and operational intelligence mission to include database manipulation.
