Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience
• Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Preferred: Effective and flexible communication skills
• Preferred: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Preferred: Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions
• Preferred: Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment
• Preferred: Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Responsibilities

• Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices
• Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices
• Work within established procedures and adheres to quality guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership
• Contribute ideas for process improvement
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional service
• Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of collections process
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
