Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of commercial collections and/or credit experience.
• Ability to implement corrective actions and perform problem solving analysis.
• Observe and comply with safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, planning, leading, and controlling skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process timely collection of due and past due invoices in accordance with customer credit terms and AR policies.
• Monitor outstanding/past due collections and perform risk assessments for new and existing customers.
• Recommend and execute process enhancements to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Education
