Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Collections Coordinator to manage aged receivables and drive collection efforts. You will partner with attorneys and firm leadership to resolve balances and provide timely financial updates.

The role requires a confident communicator capable of navigating attorney relationships, with 5+ years in accounting/collections and experience with legal billing systems (3E). This position supports strategic follow-up with clients.

Formación

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or collections experience.
• Prior collections experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive account matters.
• Experience with legal billing systems, 3E preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review aging reports with attorneys to develop collection strategies.
• Communicate collection risks and client issues to management.
• Prepare concise account summaries for attorney meetings.
• Maintain documentation of collection activity and payment commitments.
• Coordinate payment arrangements and follow-up with clients.
