Job summary

LIS Solutions in Washington, DC seeks a Collection Manager to lead multi-discipline collection planning and execution for CBP's Office of Intelligence. You will translate Priority Intelligence Requirements into actionable tasks, assess collection effectiveness, and drive re-tasking to close intelligence gaps for border security operations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret (or DHS equivalent) clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI if mission requires.
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in collection management or closely related intelligence operations.
• Experience building collection strategies/plans and coordinating with collectors/external agencies.
• Ability to assess collection performance using MOPs/MOEs.

Responsibilities

• Requirements development and planning with cross-organization coordination.
• Translate PIRs into prioritized collection plans and taskings.
• Determine asset availability and select appropriate collection programs/plans.
• Identify and coordinate collection assets; draft priorities and taskings.
• Coordinate with sources/agencies; ensure alignment with policies and timelines.
• Monitor results; re-task to address residual gaps.
• Update collection plans; document assumptions, constraints, risks, and mitigations.
