Job summary

Byline Bank seeks a Sr. Collateral & Pledging Analyst to audit and manage closed loan packages and collateral files, ensuring security interests and policy adherence.

You will support liquidity strategies by confirming FRB and FHLB eligibility while maintaining regulatory and investor compliance. You will track exceptions, improve post-closing processes, and coordinate documentation with lenders and third-party vendors, contributing to accurate reporting and audit readiness across collateral

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of loan operations experience with collateral management and post-closing audit.
• Direct or working experience with FRB/FHLB pledging guidelines and processes.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and file requirements.
• Familiarity with investor delivery processes and agency guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review loan packages for original documents and log into the department database.
• Complete Post Closing Checklist and verify documents.
• Audit collateral files and ensure FRB/FHLB pledging eligibility.
• Utilize DocuSign and eOriginal workflows for electronic collateral processes.
• Prepare collateral delivery to custodians and facilities; monitor pledged collateral.
• Provide reporting on collateral activity, balances, and trends.
