Job summary

DePaul University in Chicago seeks an Assistant Director of Employer Partnerships Co-op to cultivate employer relations and create paid co-op opportunities for business undergraduates. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in employer relations, sales, business development, recruiting, talent acquisition, or account management.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for employer events.
• Experience in higher education career services, co-op programs, or student affairs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop employer partnerships across Chicagoland and beyond; conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to create co-op job descriptions and post opportunities on Handshake.
• Coordinate employer participation in career fairs, info sessions, panels, and on-campus events; support workshops and mock interviews.
• Maintain accurate employer records in CRM systems and generate engagement reports.
