Job summary

DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business seeks an Associate Director of Career Coaching - Co-op to provide strategic leadership for its unique business co-op program, the region's only program of its kind. The role builds a holistic career coaching ecosystem and supports undergraduates through paid co-op experiences and beyond.

As a member of the Career Management Center, you will supervise staff, develop scalable coaching strategies, collaborate with faculty and employers, track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; master's preferred in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in career services/coaching in higher education; 3+ years supervisory.
• Experience with experiential education, cooperative education, or internships preferred.
• Experience working with business students and understanding of business career pathways preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a comprehensive career coaching framework from pre-co-op to post-co-op.
• Provides high-impact individual coaching: assessments, resumes, mock interviews, planning sessions.
• supervises the Assistant Director; sets expectations and quality standards for services.
• Collaborates with faculty, advising, student affairs, and employers to strengthen the co-op ecosystem.
• Tracks student engagement and outcomes; contributes to reports, accreditation, and grant writing as needed.
• Manages workload distribution and ensures adequate coverage for student advising.
