Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a versatile Customer Co-Innovation Lead to join our AI & Autonomy Commercial Enablement Team. You will engage with sales, R&D, services and customers to shape strategic co-innovation programs and turn innovation into a scalable commercial engine.

You will support executive engagements, showcase AI and autonomy capabilities, and guide opportunities from initial interest to structured execution, while tracking progress and aligning stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering, CS, business or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally and domestically.
• Experience in strategic programs, customer engagement, or cross-functional roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a focused portfolio of strategic customer co-innovation accounts.
• Support executive briefings, top-to-top meetings, and customer workshops on AI and emerging technologies.
• Present the co-innovation model and help customers move from interest to structured engagement.
• Partner with account teams to define goals, relevance, and next steps.
