Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Product Owner to act as the primary liaison between GSM and the AI delivery team. You’ll identify business challenges, gather requirements, and lead discovery to drive AI opportunities that improve productivity and user experience.

You will own use cases through discovery and delivery, manage priorities, and partner with AI Developers, Enablement Specialists, and Process Architects to execute the GSM AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related fields preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating needs into solutions.
• Experience managing backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Identify business challenges and lead discovery with GSM stakeholders.
• Gather, validate, and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize AI opportunities and manage the backlog with clear definitions ready for development.
• Translate business needs into effective AI solutions with developers and architects.
• Define pilot objectives, success criteria, and adoption actions with business leaders.
• Establish success measures and monitor adoption, usability, and impact.
