Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Program Manager, CMC Portfolio Management to lead the development and maintenance of CMC project plans for Product Presentation & Device Strategy Teams. You will manage rosters, timeline swimlanes, and scenario planning for drug development and lifecycle decisions.

You will drive PPDST meetings, ensure accountability, and collaborate with Directors and external stakeholders across R&D/Ops/Commercial, while applying PM principles to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field with 6+ years of experience; or Master's with 4+ years; or Doctorate.
• Accreditation in PM or process improvement preferred.
• Must be self-directed, able to work on multiple projects, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques; CMC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMC project plans for PPDST using AMP and roster management.
• Generate timeline swimlanes and scenarios for program reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead PPDST team meetings, capture actions and drive accountability.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and manage cross-functional improvements.
• Provide training support and governance for project management practices.
