Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Program Manager, CMC Portfolio Management to lead CMC project plans for PPDS Teams, coordinating with R&D, Ops, and Commercial stakeholders. The role drives timelines, risks, and resource estimates to support decision making across the portfolio.

You will oversee knowledge management, process improvements, and training support while maintaining strong internal networks and reporting on progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field is required.
• 6+ years of pharma/biotech experience with advanced PM skills is expected.
• Accreditation in PM or process improvement is preferred (e.g., PMP, LEAN Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced project management support for early-to-late stage drug development and on-market LCM projects.
• Lead PPDST team meetings and drive accountability for milestones and deliverables.
• Develop multiple project plans and risk analyses with cross-functional teams.
