Job summary

Doist is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead (Project/Program Management - CloudOps) to drive cross-functional strategic projects and operational initiatives. The role emphasizes planning, governance, and detailed task-level delivery across infrastructure initiatives.

Strong coordination, reporting, and documentation are essential for success. You will establish governance, manage dependencies, and provide timely updates to leadership while promoting standardized processes and accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or similar certification may be preferred.
5+ years in project/program management, ideally in operations and infrastructure.
Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic operational initiatives from planning through completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
Track project execution at the task level with clear ownership and status for granular reporting.
Produce project dashboards, status reports, and executive-ready updates; align with stakeholders.
