Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, or managed services experience.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions for midsize and enterprise organizations.
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD).
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security concepts.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise technology solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, server infrastructure, virtualization, and business applications.
• Develop technology roadmaps, governance standards, policies, and best practices aligned with client objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance to client executives and IT leadership on infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and cost optimization.
• Lead requirements gathering and technical discovery for managed services and projects.
• Create architecture diagrams, design docs, implementation plans, and runbooks.
