Job summary

Exigo Technology Services in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Senior Systems & Network Engineer to lead hands-on design, implementation, and support of client server, network, cloud, and security environments.

You will act as a senior escalation point, work with project teams, document solutions, and mentor other engineers while ensuring reliability and security across customer environments.

The role requires travel to customer sites and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in systems, network, or managed services.
• Advanced understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
• Experience with virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and patching.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across systems, networks, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, troubleshoot Windows Server and related infrastructure.
• Support M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Design, implement, maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, routing, switching, and SD-WAN.
• Participate in technical discovery, design documents, runbooks, and project plans.
• Escalation and service delivery ownership for complex incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality.
