Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineering Lead in New York, hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on strategic multi-cloud leadership with emphasis on security, automation, and infrastructure as code.

You will guide a small team of cloud engineers, champion modern cloud practices, and collaborate with global teams to drive Pfizer Digital initiatives. Requirements include 7-10 years in cloud engineering, 2+ years in leadership, and deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus proficiency in

Qualifications

7-10 years of cloud engineering or infrastructure experience.
At least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

Lead design and management of multi-cloud solutions emphasizing security, scalability, and automation.
Drive IaC adoption using Terraform, OpenTofu, Spacelift, and Pulumi.
Coach and mentor a 3-5 person cloud engineering team.
Collaborate with global teams to build cloud-native capabilities for Pfizer Digital.
Stay updated on cloud security trends and engineering practices.
