Job summary

Toyota is seeking a Cloud Financial Operations Analyst to join the Engineering, Cloud, and Software Development team in Plano. You will help build and maintain cloud cost and usage reporting, supporting cost-management initiatives across our cloud platforms.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will collaborate with engineers and finance partners to ensure accurate data, follow runbooks, and improve standard work. This role focuses on scalable, secure cloud operations and cost visibility.

Qualifications

• Foundational programming or scripting demonstrated through coursework, projects or work.
• Basic experience with structured data and SQL queries.
• Exposure to cost reporting, show back or basic financial-data reconciliation.
• Foundational understanding of software testing, debugging and version control.
• Ability to document technical work clearly and communicate progress.

Responsibilities

• Build cost and usage reporting, including chargeback/showback.
• Modify scripts, queries, and reporting tools; use version control and basic tests.
• Maintain cost-visibility tools, notifications and routine workflows with runbooks.
• Support financial-data checks and account mappings; document changes and evidence.
• Support engineering financial workflows by organizing data and invoices.
