Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking a Cloud AI FinOps, Cost & Contracts Analyst in Plano, TX. This role focuses on financial governance for enterprise AI initiatives, optimizing AI spend, and analyzing contracts to maximize business value while maintaining fiscal discipline.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in FinOps/FP&A, strong Excel, and experience with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric to deliver executive dashboards. This is a contract position with standard business hours in Plano.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IS/CS or related field.
Minimum 5+ years in FinOps, FP&A, tech finance, procurement or cloud cost mgmt.
Solid understanding of AI economics: token pricing, inference costs, cloud usage metrics.
Experience designing showback/chargeback/cost recovery models.
Knowledge of TCO, unit economics, ROI and cost governance.
Experience with enterprise software contracts and vendor negotiations.
Strong Excel and BI reporting skills for dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage AI FinOps processes including TCO, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for AI services.
Design showback, chargeback, and cost recovery models based on AI usage and compute.
Analyze AI platform costs across cloud and licenses to find optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and tech teams on vendor contracts and pricing.
Build financial dashboards and executive reports showing AI spend, ROI, and unit economics.
Develop models linking AI consumption to business outcomes for investment decisions.
Establish governance and reporting to ensure responsible AI spending.
