Job summary

GuideWell, in partnership with Magnit, seeks a Senior Cloud Architect to govern and evolve our cloud strategy across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will drive architecture standards, migrations, and cost optimization while acting as the technical authority for cloud adoption.

Collaborating with IT leadership, security, DevOps, and business units, you will shape modern cloud platforms and lead a Center of Excellence to elevate Cloud engineering capabilities across GuideWell and Florida

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years IT infrastructure, software engineering, or systems architecture.
• 3+ years designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise cloud architecture roadmap aligned with IT strategy.
• Lead multi-cloud and hybrid designs across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish standards, patterns, and guardrails for cloud adoption.
• Oversee migration, modernization, and containerization initiatives.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead cloud CoE initiatives.
