Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruitment and/or generalist experience.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting.
• Proven proficiency with PC, telephone, fax, copier, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all recruitment activities for clinicians.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews and site visits.
• Negotiate contracts and employment offers; onboarding of new clinicians.
• Coordinate relocation, licensing, credentialing, immigration, and orientation.
