Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Manager to assure high-quality site budgets, FMV-compliant allocations, and timely payments. You will develop and maintain the Site Fee Framework and coordinate with Clinical Operations, Legal, and Finance to support management goals.

The role requires 5+ years in regulated pharma or healthcare, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel/Word/Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant business experience in regulated pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Strong budgeting and contract negotiation capabilities within clinical trial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, negotiates, and executes a variety of agreements; reviews contract language and negotiates modifications.
• Maintains contract files and systems; ensures FMV-compliant site budgets and timely payments.
• Collaborates with Clinical Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and CDMA; manages site budget processes.
• Analyzes protocol flows to create costing, payment strategies, and budget estimates.
• Drives development of Site Fee Framework and coordinates payments and grant settlements.
