Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Manager for a 2+ month remote assignment. The role focuses on ensuring site budgets are accurate and within FMV, developing and maintaining Site Fee Framework, and coordinating payments to sites per budget and terms.

The ideal candidate will have strong budgeting skills, contract negotiation experience, and familiarity with clinical operations, legal, and compliance interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum five years of relevant business experience in regulated pharma or healthcare.
• Strong budgeting and cost-driver understanding for clinical site budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with clinical operations and budgeting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, negotiates, and executes a variety of agreements.
• Reviews contract language and prepares responses to negotiate contract modifications.
• Maintains contract files and systems.
• Maintains close working relationship with Clinical Operations as well as Legal, Ethics & Compliance and CDMA.
• Builds clinical trial site budgets and ensures FMV; analyzes protocol flowcharts to create costing, payment strategies, and budget estimates and negotiation parameters within FMV.
• Drives development and maintenance of Site Fee Framework.
• Sets up, closes, re-opens, and submits payments within all grants.
• Uses budget-specific and trial metrics/tools to report on performance and deliverables.
• Maintains a continuous improvement culture within Budget group.
