Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Manager to ensure site budgets are high quality and FMV-aligned. This role develops and maintains the Site Fee Framework and coordinates timely payments to sites per budget and terms.

The candidate will work with Clinical Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and CDMA to optimize contract processes and payments while supporting department goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in regulated pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Experience negotiating and executing a variety of agreements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, negotiates, and executes a variety of agreements.
• Reviews contract language and prepares responses to negotiate contract modifications.
• Maintains contract files and systems.
• Maintains relationships with Clinical Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance and CDMA.
• Builds clinical trial site budgets and ensures FMV allocations.
• Drives development and maintenance of Site Fee Framework.
• Sets up, closes, re-opens, and submits payments within grants.
• Uses budget metrics to report on performance and deliverables.
• Identifies improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Interacts with Medical, Finance, Legal and external parties for approvals.
