Responsibilities

• Lead the full partnership journey for community clinical research sites, from outreach to launch.
• Own lease negotiations in collaboration with the CFO, stakeholders, and Legal Counsel.
• Serve as the primary contact for site owners, ensuring a positive partner experience.
• Build and secure site partnerships by evaluating fit and presenting the value proposition.
• Coordinate onboarding and launch across Practice Operations, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Finance.
• Track pipeline activity and partnership health to drive continuous improvement.
