Hawthorne Health, a community site network and home research visit solution provider, seeks to enhance trials by embedding research within local communities across the United States.

The role focuses on developing partnerships with community clinical research sites, negotiating leases in collaboration with finance and legal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with site owners to ensure a smooth onboarding and launch.

Formación

• Five or more years in partnership development, healthcare operations, or clinical research.
• Strong project management, consultative communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or relationship-tracking tools.

• Lead the full partnership journey for community clinical research sites, from outreach to launch.
• Own lease negotiations in collaboration with the CFO, stakeholders, and Legal Counsel.
• Serve as the primary contact for site owners, ensuring a positive partner experience.
