The position requires strategic initiative, urgency and accountability to deliver results in a dynamic healthcare environment. A related degree and healthcare value analysis experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance required.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Three to five years of value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience preferred.
• LPN/RN, CMRP, CVAHP, or similar credential preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develops and leads supply expense strategies to reduce costs.
• Identifies and implements supply expense margin improvements in high-cost departments.
• Monitors variances and develops action plans to mitigate increases in supply expense.
• Facilitates value analysis meetings across facilities and service lines.
• Reviews products/technology for clinical evidence, cost, reimbursement, and standardization.
• Builds relationships with hospital leadership, physicians and supply chain leadership.
• Collaborates with facility leadership to implement continuous quality improvement and cost containment.
