Job summary

The Clinical Resource Director at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center leads the supply expense program, partnering with hospital leadership and physicians to optimize contracts, standardize products, and drive cost containment while maintaining patient care quality.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), value analysis/clinical leadership experience, and credentials such as CMRP or CVAHP. You will work across service lines to reduce supply expense and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Healthcare value analysis or clinical supply chain experience.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Credentials such as CMRP or CVAHP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the supply expense agenda for clinical resource management.
• Drives initiatives to optimize contract portfolios and product standardization.
• Builds strategic alliances with hospital leadership, physicians and supply chain.
• Identifies variances and develops action plans to mitigate supply expense increases.
• Facilitates value analysis meetings and reviews products for clinical and financial impact.
• Implements cost containment processes for supplies, technology and labor.
• Strengthens relationships to improve patient care outcomes while reducing costs.
