Job summary

HCA Healthcare's St. David's Round Rock Medical Center seeks a Clinical Resource Director to lead the clinical resource management program and drive the hospital's supply expense agenda.

You will review contracts, push product standardization, and collaborate with leadership and physicians to control costs. Key responsibilities include reducing supply expense per adjusted admission, leading value analysis meetings, and partnering with supply chain to improve quality and outcomes through smarter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Healthcare value analysis or clinical supply chain experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of value analysis/hospital leadership experience preferred.
• LPN/RN or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops facility-based strategies to reduce supply expense.
• Identifies margin improvement in high-cost departments such as surgical services and cath labs.
• Identifies variances and develops action plans to mitigate cost increases.
• Leads value analysis meetings and facilitates collaboration across teams.
• Reviews products for clinical value, cost, contract compliance and standardization.
• Builds relationships with hospital leadership, physicians and supply chain.
