Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 4+ years of human resources related experience in a recruiting role; experience recruiting Registered Nurses is a must.
• Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborates with leadership to deploy organization-wide recruiting strategies.
• Maintains recruitment analytics reports and presents findings to HR and management.
• Proactively builds pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Screens and interviews candidates; coordinates with hiring managers on next steps.
• Performs background checks and references and assists with offers.
