Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple clinical initiatives, balancing strategic and operational work.

You will support patient engagement and recruitment in Oncology and Cardiology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or clinical research environments.
• Therapeutic experience in Oncology or Cardiology preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies (Oncology/Cardiology).
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project activities.
