Job summary

Adaptive Innovations is fixing US healthcare by building an AI-native home health platform. The Special Projects Lead owns the clinical program menu end to end, delivering programs from design through execution and outcomes evidence.

• Clinical background with credibility with clinicians and hospital leadership.
• 3-5 years owning complex, ambiguous projects end to end.
• Analytical rigor with data analysis to build a business case and defend numbers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Track record of owning outcomes, not just output.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical program menu end to end: design, stand it up, deliver, and generate outcomes data.
• Deliver on partnerships by building bespoke programs and live reporting.
• Prove the approach works and scale it across regions and markets.
• Define KPIs and ensure the program delivers measurable patient outcomes and value.
