• Experience negotiating contracts, terms, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Outsourcing function for NA and ensure operational excellence.
• Serve as business partner to Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal and vendors.
• Negotiate and manage MSAs, SOWs, and Change Orders.
• Develop contract governance standards, templates, and SOPs.
