• Lead the Clinical Outsourcing function for Clinical Development North America.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project management.
• Negotiate and manage MSAs, SOWs, and Change Orders.
• Oversee contract lifecycle for studies, CROs, labs, and consultants.
• Develop contract governance standards and supporting documentation.
