Job summary

TrueScripts is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support across clinical programs and formulary management functions. The role collaborates with Clinical, Operations, Client Services, Account Management, Implementation, and Compliance teams to ensure processes are organized and efficiently executed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, insurance, benefits, operations, or related environment preferred.
• Experience supporting clinical programs or healthcare initiatives preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for clinical programs.
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, documentation, and follow-up for program development and implementation.
• Maintain program documentation, workflows, and supporting materials.
• Track action items, deadlines, deliverables, and decisions.
• Assist with preparing materials, reports, and communications related to clinical programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement program changes.
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities to improve processes.
