• Maintain a program-level overview of clinical laboratory status and issues; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Oversee clinical laboratory timelines across assigned programs and ensure data delivery aligns with decisions.
• Lead strategic forums, planning, and operations for the function.
• Support laboratory strategy, budget management, and KPI tracking.
• Bridge lab operations across research, translational medicine, and tech centers.
