This role collaborates with Precision Medicine Strategy Leads, Clinical Trial Management, and Global Development to optimize biospecimen logistics, laboratory processes, and program-level decisions in both early and late-stage programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in pharma/biotech or related cross-disciplinary teams.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Clinical Trials, biospecimen logistics, and clinical study operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations and strategic delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory portfolio management for complex Regeneron trials and align timelines.
• Track biomarker strategy delivery schedules and mitigate risks.
• Oversee lab testing/data generation across the portfolio with clear deadlines.
• Liaise with Precision Medicine Clinical Lab Study Management and Global Development teams.
• Demonstrate understanding of non-oncology lab trial requirements and operational decisions.
• Communicate laboratory program direction to clinical study teams.
