Based on-site in Warren, NJ or Armonk, NY, you will collaborate with clinical trial management, strategy leads, and lab operations to oversee biomarker schedules, risk mitigation, and cross-functional execution across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech labs or cross-disciplinary settings.
• 5+ years' experience with Clinical Trials and clinical sample collection.
• Deep understanding of laboratory operations, biospecimen logistics, and data generation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical laboratory portfolio management for Regeneron trials and track timelines and risks.
• Coordinate with Precision Medicine teams and Global Development to align study starts with data delivery.
• Monitor biomarker strategy schedules and develop mitigation plans for risk.
• Lead program-level CL operations goals, schedules, and data generation across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement laboratory strategy on studies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements in laboratory operations.
• Communicate study direction and provide status updates to study teams.
