Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Precision Medicine Clinical Laboratory Operations to manage clinical laboratory projects across therapeutic areas. You will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to keep study deliverables on track and ensure timelines are met.

You will apply knowledge of central and specialty laboratory processes, track biomarker strategy delivery, and oversee lab data generation and reporting across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech or related cross-disciplinary teams.
• 5+ years with Clinical Trials, emphasis on sample collection.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory operations and biospecimen logistics.
• Understanding of laboratory operations delivery and program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical laboratory portfolio timelines and risks to ensure starts and data delivery align with expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver lab deliverables.
• Track biomarker strategy delivery schedules and mitigate risks.
• Oversee lab operations goals, schedules and data generation across the portfolio.
• Communicate program direction to study teams.
