• Minimum three years of consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or health care environment (or six years with direct experience).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and teams; provide resources and guidance.
• Autonomously manage assignments with data-driven approaches to support projects.
• Develop requirements for clinical, process, or system solutions by gathering stakeholder input.
• Support development and implementation of clinical initiatives and performance metrics.
• Monitor project plans, timelines, and risk, escalating where needed.
• Engage in change management activities to secure buy-in for initiatives.
• Perform data analyses to assess performance and inform action plans.
• Assist with vendor management and ensure compliance with policies.
