Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Science or a related field and eight (8) years progressive experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or health care OR Master's degree and six (6) years progressive experience.
• Experience in managing complex, data-driven clinical initiatives and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Creates and advocates for development opportunities; mentors and coaches staff to improve performance.
• Translates business plans into actionable items; ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver clinical initiatives and manages risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversees requirements development for complex clinical systems and processes across regions.
• Monitors and aligns care delivery strategy with organizational goals and performance metrics.
