Job summary

MindFriend, a pioneering online mental health platform, seeks Strategic & Clinical Advisory Board Members to guide ethics, strategy, and growth. This role is designed for leaders who can lend credibility and high-level perspective without daily operational duties.

Two tracks are offered: governance and clinical. Compensation includes paid meetings at $140/hour and all-expenses-paid travel to annual meetings and sponsored events.

Qualifications

• Executive & Governance track: founders, CEOs or board members of notable organisations.
• Senior leaders from NGOs or government bodies in public/mental health, social impact.
• Clinical & Psychiatric track: licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or therapists.
• Candidates passionate about digital health ethics and access to free mental health resources.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 1-2 formal advisory sessions per year to review strategic direction and platform standards.
• Occasionally join industry conferences, community meetups, or sponsored events as an ambassador.
• Provide high-level guidance with low operational friction and no daily deliverables.
