Job summary

The Mindful Lemon, Inc. is seeking associate therapists to join our growing practice on a full-time basis.

You will provide weekly tele-health therapy to a diverse client base, with a guaranteed full caseload and comprehensive clinical support from our care navigation and administrative teams. Applicants must hold California licensure eligibility (APCC/AMFT/ACSW) and have at least 2000 hours of experience, be available for a 40-hour work week, and maintain a HIPAA-compliant home telehealth

• Must have accrued a minimum of 2000 experience hours
• Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards
• Must have secure, HIPAA compliant space to provide telehealth sessions
• Must be available for 40 hour work-week

The Mindful Lemon is looking for passionate, experienced associate therapists to join our growing practice full time!

The Mindful Lemon is a behavioral health provider offering a full continuum of care designed to meet clients where they are across their mental health and wellness journey. Our services span a range of behavioral health needs and levels of care, with a focus on increasing access to high-quality care, strengthening the therapeutic relationship, reducing administrative burden for clinicians, and supporting whole-person health and wellness.

Total Compensation: $81,900+/year

This full-time associate therapist role includes a $65,000 annual base salary, plus additional compensation value through paid time off, 401(k) employer match, quarterly productivity bonus potential, unlimited CEU access, and performance-based raise potential.

Compensation package includes:

Base salary: $65,000 annually

Quarterly productivity bonus: Up to $5,400 annually

401(k) employer match: Up to $1,800 annually

Unlimited CEU access: $2,500+ estimated annual value

Paid time off: 21 paid days, including 6 paid holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and 1 week of sick time, with an estimated value of $5,250

Annual performance-based raise: 1–3%, with an estimated value of $650–$1,950

Monthly vacation hour awards: Additional bonus opportunity

Total estimated year-one compensation value: $81,900+
