Job summary

MindFriend in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Operations & Growth Manager to oversee our team, manage daily operations, and drive platform growth. You will lead internal teams and external contractors, shape growth initiatives, and scale user acquisition, engagement, and the network of mental health professionals.

You will partner with the founder to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and improve efficiency across the organization. Equity is included alongside salary.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, business management, or growth leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in HealthTech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms preferred.
• Commercial mindset, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable.
