The role collaborates with executives to resolve issues and supports the Coding and Revenue Cycle Support business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) to automate routines or draft communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients regarding requests for contract adjustments and opportunities.
• Partner with clients to ensure conversations and action items are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain understanding of client lifecycle engagement and identify opportunities for alignment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to propose client negotiation strategies.
• Craft proposals and other business communications.
